Coaching Philosophy:
The game is simple: you are either attacking or defending. Both are equally important and should be treated as such. Damon wants his teams to value defending goals as much as scoring, celebrating goal-saving tackles as if the team just scored. His three non-negotiables are positive attitude, high work ethic, and being brave on the ball. To Damon, coaching is similar to being a parent on the field. It is his responsibility to guide, nurture, and impart knowledge about the game. Football is an art form, and players require leadership, structure, and harmony.
