Coaching Philosophy:
My philosophy on coaching is to teach kids how to be as technically sound as possible at their current age and to develop a strong tactical team where all the players can have fun and respect each other, becoming lifelong friends through soccer. My two inspirations to become a soccer coach were my father and Luis Enrique, current PSG coach. My passion aligns with Oakwood’s mission because we are trying to create top-level players for the future who can compete, have fun, and be successful in life.
