Which of our club’s core values resonate most with you, and how do you incorporate them into your coaching style?

Accountability. If I am asking for high performance and high standards from the players – they must count on me to provide those lessons and environments for them. I feel as though with accountability comes trust, and trust trickles into all our core values.

What inspired you to become a coach, and how does this passion align with our mission?

This game has taught and given me everything and now it is my turn to give back. Throughout the journey of being a player to becoming a coach, I have gained more emotional intelligence, integrity and respect. I want to take everything I have learned through education and experience and share it with the next generation of female athletes. Working with a team is an opportunity of a lifetime in these settings. I strive to only add to team success on and off the field. To provide life skills these players will take with them into any setting and to give lessons they can add to their toolbox. As they will teach me lessons along the way as well!
