Which of our club’s core values resonate most with you, and how do you incorporate them into your coaching style? (Respect, Empathy, Accountability, Commitment, Honesty)
Respect – Coaching with Rick and Dave for 12 years showed me how much they did for the good of the game and they were respected around the state, region and country. When I coach I want to give the players the same respect and do everything I can to help them develop and play at the next level.
What inspired you to become a coach, and how does this passion align with our mission?
I love the game and when it was time to stop playing competitively, I fell in love with coaching/teaching. The Oakwood mission has always been about the game and nothing else. Serve players and families and prioritize development over everything else. I will continue to do what I can to help each player get better each and every session and try to make things enjoyable along the way
